Terms of Service

Effective: July 5, 2026.

Sparkie is provided by its developer ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be 18+ and the parent/legal guardian of any child profile you create.
Beta service. Sparkie is currently in beta and free of charge. Features may change, break, or be removed. We may wipe beta data with notice. Paid plans will be announced before any charge is ever made.
Your account. Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. One family per account.
Acceptable use. Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or use Sparkie to generate harmful content. Don't attempt to access other families' data.
Content. Worksheets and AI-generated content are for your family's personal, non-commercial use.
AI limitations. Sparkie's AI can make mistakes. It is a learning aid, not a substitute for professional educational, medical, or psychological advice. Safety alerts are best-effort and not a monitoring guarantee.
Termination. You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability. The service is provided "as is" during beta, to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently zero).
Changes. We'll post updates here and email you about material changes.
